It works well for Outlook unless the user has a gigantic mailbox and then it just takes a while Microsoft 365 Support for it all to sync up. It’s beginning to look like I’m going to have to recreate my profile. This is getting more than a little annoying as no one else in the office seems to be having the issue. +Simply I wrongly backed-up my old e-mail history in a .ost file instead of a .pst file, and I needed to check some of the e-mails contained in that file. Your program worked fantastic, and I successfully converted the .ost into .pst having back my old e-mails.
